Parenting Resource: New Parents and Babies Support Group
The New Parents & Babies Group is a free group for moms and dads to share their experiences of parenthood. The group discusses the life changes they are experiencing since birth, especially emotionally ad physically.
This friendly and supportive group is a great place to share and get support from other parents in the similar situations.
Participants should either be pregnant or given birth within 6 months.

Shannon Myers provides personal therapy in California and offers resources for pregnancy loss and infant loss. The Star Legacy Foundation is a non-profit group dedicated to helping families that experience pregnancy loss or infant death.
Postpartum Resource: Postpartum Support International
Postpartum Support International (PSI) offers many different online support groups to support perinatal mental health. Each group is different and focused on the participants’ lives and needs during and after pregnancy. The organization has members all over the world, including coordinators across the United States and 36 additional countries.
Pregnancy and Baby Loss Resource: HAND of the Bay Area
HAND of the Bay Area is a volunteer group of parents, who have experienced the loss of a baby before, during or after birth, and offer peer support to people who have experienced a pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or baby loss in the first year of life.
Pregnancy and Baby Loss Resource: RTZ HOPE - Return To Zero
Return to Zero: H.O.P.E. or RTZ HOPE provides support, resources, and community for people who have experienced miscarriage, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), stillbirth, infant or toddler death, loss through surrogacy and failed adoption.
